Welcome to inajiffymoving.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your engagement of the moving services provided by In A Jiffy Moving LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or book our services.

1. Description of Services & Critical Constraints In A Jiffy Moving LLC provides professional loading, unloading, and logistical transport services within [STATE, e.g., Arizona].

WE DO NOT PROVIDE PACKING SERVICES. We are professional movers focused 100% on the logistics, loading, and safe transport of your pre-packed belongings.

Your Responsibility: It is your absolute responsibility to ensure all items are completely and securely packed in boxes or containers, sealed, and ready for transport prior to the arrival of our crew.

2. Communication Consent (Text and Phone) By initiating contact, requesting a quote, or booking services, you explicitly consent to receive phone calls and SMS (text) messages from us regarding scheduling, quote confirmation, arrival windows, and operational updates.

You agree that automated systems may be used to send these messages.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt-out of SMS by replying "STOP." Note that opting out may impede our ability to efficiently coordinate your move logistics.

3. Administrative & Billing Communication (Email) You consent to receive emails from us exclusively for administrative purposes, including billing confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, and necessary contractual confirmations. We prioritize operational efficiency and will generally use text/phone for urgent logistical matters.

4. Pricing, Estimates, and Booking All service rates are detailed on our website and are subject to change.

Hourly Rates: Our Full-Service Moving and Labor Only services are billed hourly with a strict 2-hour minimum charge.

Flat Rates: The Furniture & Decor Setup service is billed as a flat rate 2-hour minimum charge per service, with two movers provided for heavy items.

Billing Time: Billing begins when our crew arrives at the origin location and ends when unloading at the destination is complete, or when the Labor Only task is finished. We do not bill for travel time between locations.

Minimum Charges: Failure to provide packed and ready items for a 2-mover minimum time will result in the 2-hour charge.

5. Liability & Limitations ("Pre-Packed" Rule) Our crew uses professional protective moving wrap and blankets on furniture we load.

Pre-Packed Damage Exclusion: In A Jiffy Moving LLC is not responsible or liable for any damage, breakage, or loss of items contained within boxes or containers pre-packaged by the customer. We only assume liability for furniture or items that we personally wrap and handle, and for damage resulting from transport negligence.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by acts of God, extreme weather, traffic accidents, construction delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made [X hours/days] in advance. Failure to notify within this window may result in a cancellation fee of [Amount, e.g., one hour of labor or forfeit of deposit].

7. Prohibited Uses You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any material that is false, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
